PERSONAL TRAINING

This is your ultimate personalised experience. We offer 30 minute or 45 minute sessions and you can either train 1-1 with a coach, 2-1 or 3-1. We also tailor to bigger groups of 4+, please email Chris for more information.

Chris and his team of coaches will tailor your PT session to exactly what you want to achieve. This will help you see results sooner. We can work to your current fitness levels, make sure you are doing exercises correctly and help you avoid injuries by activating the correct muscle groups. If you have injuries or health conditions, together we can work around them. If you are stuck and need help breaking through plateaus, we are here for you. WEIGHT TRAINING

Weight training is the perfect way to get strong, feel good and help with your ability to function daily. We work on developing strength through correct technique and ensure you can lift correctly before lifting heavier. Weight training can improve posture, bone density, increase muscle mass and control body fat. We will work on your strength through single sided movements, the use of dumbbells, barbells and ensure you are lifting in a safe manner.

HIIT

High-Intensity interval training is explosive, fun and often bodyweight based. The training method alternates between short periods of intense anaerobic work followed by rest or lower intense exercises. Our coaches are very experienced and will base all training around your current fitness levels. Benefits include lowering body fat, building a healthier heart and increased metabolism activity.

BOXING

Boxing is a great way to mix up your training or do cardiovascular work a little differently. We have the most premium boxing gear and coaches with years of experience boxing with their clients. We can teach you correct technique, different combinations and how to defend and counter-attack. Boxing is fast, fun and a great calorie burner.
