HYROX Training at Chris Wilson Fitness Studio
We’re proud to be Perth’s largest HYROX community, with over 10,000 visits to our group classes and a thriving, inclusive training culture. As the first HYROX training club in Perth, WA, we’ve led the way in bringing world-class functional fitness training to our city. In 2024, we became an affiliated studio and had more than 50 of our members competed in the HYROX Perth race, with several going on to represent on the global stage. Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire all fitness levels.
We have a range of fitness levels from first-timers to seasoned competitors in a supportive and motivating environment. Whether you’re chasing your first finish line or aiming for a world qualifier, we’ve got your back every step of the way. Check out our class times below or book a private 1-1 HYROX coaching session to get started and work on skills and transitions to prepare you for the day. WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX is a combination of running with a different exercise station in between. The race includes: 8 x 1km Runs & 8 x Exercise Stations.
Our classes consist of Ski Erg, Rowing, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Ball Throws.
Workouts can be scaled and are inclusive to all fitness levels.

Wednesday: 6:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am
Nedlands Studio (134 Stirling Highway):
Wednesday: 5pm

HYROX 1-1 COACHING & PROGRAMS
We also offer personalised 1-1 HYROX coaching sessions tailored to your goals. Whether it’s improving technique, refining transitions, building race-day strategy or mastering specific movements. For those wanting structure outside of class, we provide custom HYROX programming designed to prepare you for race day, whether you’re training with us in-studio or at your own gym.
