A strong lower body class focusing on strength, barbells and tempo. Walk away with sculpted legs and glutes from this 45-minute strength workout. Expect to use bands to activate those glutes and expect your hamstrings to burn like you have never experienced before. The session will see you go through a series of lower body favourites including hip thrusts, lunges and a variety of squats. Walk or crawl away feeling stronger than before!
