WHAT IS HYROX?
The event is a combination of running and different exercise stations in between.
8 x 1km Runs & 8 x Exercise Stations
The exercise stations include: Ski Erg, Rowing, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges and Wall Ball Throws.
We train and practice all of these skills at our Highgate studio (93 Brisbane Street, Perth). Close to Perth CBD, Northbridge, Hyde Park and Mount Lawley.
This class is fast paced, suitable for intermediate/advanced and covers movement standards of the exercises above. Expect a good sweat and a good time with our community of likeminded people.
