Handstands, Rings & Core Compressions.

Join us for beginner gymnastics where we focus on movements to help you get to Handstand, perform Ring Movements and learn more about the benefits of hanging.

This class will cover the correct technique for ring movements, l-sit regressions and progressions plus core movements such as hollow holds and dish rocks.

This class is suitable for all levels of learning.
