This class is designed for teenagers between 12-16 years old looking to build good foundations through strength training whilst learning correct technique on movements such as Squats and Deadlifts.
The conditioning element of the workout will help with school sports and each session will be educational but also fun.
A full-body sweat that involves compound movements, plyometric exercises and scientific based workouts. Challenge your athleticism and improve your fitness with this all-round practice. Expect a combination of strength work and a conditioning block!
