Testing Week

Testing will give you the opportunity to assess where your body is currently at and provide you with the space to chase a 1-3 rep max in a safe manner under our experienced coaches.

Movements tested will include a Squat, Deadlift, Press Exercise and a Pull Up. All movements can be modified to your ability and we encourage and challenge you to test your capabilities.
